Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict return policy. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, factory-sealed packaging.
- The hair must not have been brushed, finger-combed, or washed.
- The bundle ties or wig lace must be intact and uncut.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Note:
Once the seal is broken or the hair has been handled/installed, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange your product for a different texture or length, please contact our support team. The item must meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@mghairindia.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
