Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. All orders placed before 3:30 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day (typically Monday, unless it is a holiday). Once shipped, orders will arrive according to the selected delivery schedule.
To avoid last-minute stress, we recommend placing your order well in advance of any important deadlines (e.g., hair appointments or events). While we will provide an estimated delivery time, MG HAIR INDIA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
Please note that public holidays do not count as business days when calculating shipping times. We rely on FedEx/Blue Dart to deliver your package as scheduled. In the event of a delay, we are unable to offer reimbursement of shipping charges. For additional details, feel free to contact us.
Providing accurate and complete address information is crucial to avoid delays. Please ensure that all required address details (e.g., street name, apartment number) are included when placing your order. Your shipment will be sent to the exact address provided via FedEx/Blue Dart. If an address correction is needed after the shipment has been dispatched, a fee of ₹1,250 will be charged to cover the carrier's correction fee.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
If you notice discrepancies in your tracking information or believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with FedEx/Blue Dart. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for them to complete the investigation. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped pending the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
For international orders, shipments must clear customs. Customs regulations, taxes, duties, and fees vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for covering any additional costs related to customs clearance. MG HAIR INDIA will provide an invoice with your shipment; this is the only document that will accompany the package.
